※Warranty Coverage
ROLY warrants that if a product is found to have material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, ROLY will repair the product or replace it with the same model.
If the product has been discontinued, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher-level model.
If you discover a defect after unboxing your product, please contact ROLY within 7 days (purchase invoice/proof required):

One-to-One Exchange Service (Within the Eligibility Period)
Once confirmed:
.ROLY will arrange direct contact and provide one-to-one product replacement.
.With valid proof of purchase, ROLY will replace the product unconditionally, and the user will not bear any additional cost.
.If the issue occurs outside business hours or on non-working days, you may send documentation by fax or email. This will not affect your warranty rights.
※Laser Projector Warranty Standards
For new products purchased through authorized distributors, ROLY provides service as follows:
A. 3-year full product warranty from the purchase date.Certain models (as listed in the catalog)include5-year warranty.
B. DOA (Dead on Arrival):Free replacement with the same brand-new product within 1 month from the purchase date.
C. If online registration is not completed within 15 days, the warranty will be calculated from the shipment date.
D. The light source warranty is 5 years or 20,000 hours, whichever comes first, under normal usage conditions.
※LED Projector Warranty Standards
For new products purchased through authorized distributors, ROLY provides service as follows:
A. 1-year full warranty (labor, parts, and shipping included).
(Excludes free bundled accessories/gifts.)
B. DOA (Dead on Arrival): Free replacement with the same brand-new product within 1 month from the purchase date.
C. If online registration is not completed within 15 days, the warranty will be calculated from the shipment date.
※Definition of DOA (Dead on Arrival)
Except for damage caused by natural disasters or improper use by the user/consumer, a ROLY product will be considered DOA if any of the following occurs upon delivery:
A. No display output
B. Cannot power on
C. Control functions do not work
D. Safety concerns or hazards
E. Physical damage upon arrival
F. Model/packaging does not match the contents
※Service Charges May Apply Even During Warranty
ROLY reserves the right to charge service fees in the following situations:
A. Damage or malfunction caused by improper use, storage, maintenance, or external environment, including:
1.Incorrect power specifications, misuse, operational negligence, or improper maintenance
2.Pest damage (rats, ants, geckos, cockroaches, etc.)
3.Sulfur areas, coastal regions, chemical plants, biogas environments, or other external factors
B. Natural wear and aging caused by normal use, such as:
1.Brightness reduction
2.Aging or performance degradation
3.Uneven brightness
4.Increased noise
5.These are not covered as free warranty repairs.
C. Repairs, adjustments, or modifications not performed by ROLY-authorized service engineers.
D. Failures caused by equipment or accessories not provided by ROLY.
E. Damage caused by natural disasters, such as typhoons, fires, floods, earthquakes, or lightning.
F. Damage caused during return shipment, transportation, handling, or drops.
G. Products and accessories not sold by ROLY are not covered.
※Note: Items that are not part of the projector itself (e.g., cables, remote controls) are not covered under warranty.
Cleaning & Maintenance Guidelines
※Always unplug the power cord before cleaning.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth.Do not use solvents such as toluene, paint thinner, or other chemical cleaners, as they may damage the unit or remote control.
- For stubborn stains, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with neutral detergent diluted with water, wring dry, then wipe.
- Clean the lens surface gently with a soft cloth.
- The lens surface can be scratched easily—avoid contact with hard objects.
- Clean the air filter regularly to prevent blocked airflow and overheating, which may lead to malfunction.
- During shutdown, if the fan has not stopped, the cooling process is still in progress.Do not unplug the power cord, as this may damage the lamp/light source.
